Welcome to Clover Valley Wellness

We all want what is best for our children and ourselves:

  • Proper growth and development

  • Restful sleep

  • Pain-free, healthy bodies

  • Clear speech

  • Clear thinking

Did you know that something as simple as your tongue resting in the wrong place or frequent mouth breathing can have a negative effect on your whole body? Proper breathing, muscle function, and posture may be the missing pieces of the puzzle for you and your family's optimal health and well being.

Restore the way you were designed to function.

CVW philosophy is centered on a functional approach to health and wellness that is grounded in the latest therapeutic techniques and research.

Providing therapy that assists in restoring the way the body was designed to function by identifying and addressing orofacial myofunctional disorders (OMD's), breathing dysfunction, and posture imbalances as well as providing tools for improved performance and appearance.

Using a collaborative approach with other health care providers, we see great success by addressing the underlying causes and not just the symptoms.

Karyn Kasvin RDH BSDH

Karyn Kasvin RDH BSDH Cert BBM is an Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist, certified Buteyko Breathing educator and Pilates instructor with a background in dental hygiene that spans over 30 years. She is continually expanding her knowledge to be able to provide the most current therapeutic techniques.

As the owner of Clover Valley Wellness, her desire is to bring education and awareness to signs and symptoms of orofacial myofunctional disorders (OMD's). Addressing OMD's and breathing dysfunction early in life gives children a chance for their faces to develop in the way they have been designed, avoiding a lifetime of pain, dysfunction, and chronic problems.

For those whose signs and symptoms were not recognized early, it is never too late to make a positive change. It's amazing how keeping the mouth closed, breathing through the nose, correcting bad habits and inefficient muscle patterns can change a life!

Karyn would love to walk alongside you and your children, being your advocate for whole body health, and providing you the tools to help yourself and your children in the best way possible!
